Just have to say GOODBYE BIGPOND AND GOOD RIDDANCE TO YEARS OF OVERCHARGING AND PAINFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE... high broadband costs for lower speed and pitiful download quota(uploads included in count!!!) BS!!! even in ur last service for us(which was to disconnect ur services) u cause so much grief n delay and after 5 calls and two weeks we finally were able to get rid of ya... we had to wait months for the contract to run out... so so painful... We've had soo many downtime coz of u and even during finals last year...
So heres to one of the poorest ISPs to serve us ever.... F.U.!!!!!!!!!
