Dannie and me have been toying around with softwares… basically choking our OSes to a crawl with program overload… but we have a few cool toys to play with…
On the left, Dannie sets up his webcam to his TV (i wanted to watch the royal weddings jua wah ehehe) and streams to me through skype while at the same time on the right we set up and put a new software, ooVoo, to the test (kami mau buat commentary sendiri ahaha). What i like about the app is that it plays both your vid and the other user’s vid equally next to each other as opposed to skype which will put a small window of ur vid INSIDE the vid window of the other user. It also has built-in camera control so u can zoom, control brightness and sharpness right in the program interface. Another feature (that we have yet to try) is it can hold up to SIX people on a single VIDEO CONFERENCE. Plus the interface is sweet and its still in beta.
A new video player software that Dannie brought up is the Veoh player. This player allows downloading vids from its site (actually its the only option to download vids from their site) which is another video hosting site. The interface is pretty slick (reminds me of Democracy player, the podcast internet tv player), features include having a browser extension to download videos from other sites like youtube, and allows subscribing to videocasts (I haven’t tried it yet). Actually Dannie got the scoop from episode 99 of Diggnation, and kami dua termakan modal AHAHA!!!

Actually the veoh tingy was on d episode 98 of DIGGNATION(im singing)... ok saya nak luruskn aja... n Hope People will watch more diggnation, also potentially hazardous to your HEALTH!! HAHAHAHA!!! GO ALEX GO KEVIN GO DANI!! DIGG IT!!!
